Mindfulness Activities

We have curated a wide range of mindfulness and meditation activities in our lovely space to help you cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being in your daily life.

Our weekly Sunday mindfulness activities include a wide range of interesting programs such as Baduanjin Qigong to help you start the day with positive energy, Dharma talk & FAQs: Fundamentals into Buddhism - we will look at how to apply the wisdom from the Buddha’s teachings to help solve our daily problems (it’s not religious, anybody can practice Buddhism, as the Buddha simply teaches us the methods to lead us to live a stress-free and happier life.)

At lunch time, we will also gather together to have a vegetarian meal (you can BYO or do potluck, we will also provide some vegetarian food but very limited options,  so we recommend you BYO or do potluck). We will also gather together to practise Nianfo (Amitabha Chanting) meditation and sitting meditation. You also have the option to do sutra copying after or sign up for the calligraphy class (donation is appreciated particularly for the calligraphy class as there is a fee to the teacher).

Tuesday Energy Healing Concert
(only on 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month)

Join us for our Tuesday Energy Healing Concert, where we will chant ancient Buddhist mantras to uplift our mind, awaken our inner strength, and cultivate profound peace and positivity (P.S. you don’t have to be a Buddhist to join, all are welcome! The mantra carries high energy sounds and anyone can be benefited from it).

Please note that this event is only hosted on every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month (not weekly) from 19:00 P.M to 20:00 P.M - please follow us on social media to look out for future announcements.
