Jiawen 嘉文师兄

Jiawen (Dharma name) is the director of Hai Hui Shan International Foundation (Australia), dedicated to spreading mindfulness and wisdom for lasting inner peace. A former lawyer, Jiawen left the corporate world to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery.

For over a decade, she explored a wide range of spiritual modalities—including Yoga, Hinduism, Sufism, Tantra, and Shamanism. Her journey through these diverse traditions ultimately led her to the path of Amitabha Buddha and Chinese Pure Land Buddhism. 

Since then, she has been deeply immersed in meditation practice, including a transformative three-year stay in Master Renshan’s Pure Land temple, where she studied Buddha’s teachings and the art of mindful living. Passionate about making ancient wisdom accessible, she now shares mindfulness techniques to help individuals integrate clarity and compassion into their daily lives. 

Through her work, Jiawen aspires to touch as many lives as possible, guiding people toward a more harmonious, awakened existence.

嘉文（法名）现任海会山国际基金会会长，致力于弘扬正念与佛陀智慧，帮助人们获得持久的内在安宁。她曾是一名澳洲律师，后来毅然放下企业界的工作，踏上了一段深刻的自我探索之旅。

在长达十余年的修行过程中，嘉文深入学习了世界上的多种灵性传统，包括瑜伽、印度教、苏菲教、密宗与萨满教修行等。最终，她的心归于阿弥陀佛净土与汉传净土宗的怀抱。

此后，她长期专注于净土法门与佛法实践，并曾在仁山法师的净土道场学习将近三年，深入学习佛陀教义与正念生活之道。这段经历不仅改变了她的生命方向，也让她坚定了将古老智慧现代化、生活化的愿景。

嘉文热衷于推广正念修习，帮助大众在日常生活中培养清明的觉察力与慈悲心。她希望通过自身的修行与分享，启发更多人走向和谐觉醒的生命旅程。
